1. Doughnut Pan - A donut pan obviously isn't necessary, but it sure is fun to make your own doughnuts at home, where you can add any ingredients you want, making the doughnuts as healthy as you want!

2. 12 Speed Blender - The Oyster 12 speed blender is by far the best blender I have owned. It does dozens of things, from simply chopping ingredients, to liquefying ingredients. It's perfect for smoothies and even works as a food processor!

3. KitchenAid Stand Mixer - Baking is wonderful when you have a stand mixer to work with. For so many years, I had mixed by hand and never realized how much easier cooking and baking is when you have a stand mixer to do the work for you. There are multiple attachments as well, you can really do just about anything with a good stand mixer, including make homemade pasta!

5. A good, sharp knife set - Nothing makes cooking a breeze like a good, sharp knife set. Before this year, I had been using my father's dull, old knife set that he had passed down to me when I first moved out. I finally bought a new knife set of my own, and I can't tell you how amazing the difference between the two sets were! Sharp knives make cooking a lot easier!

6. Trigger Ice Cream Scoop - A trigger ice cream scoop is one of my favorite kitchen tools in my kitchen. Not only do I use it for ice cream, but I use it to evenly scoop cookie batter and muffin batter. It makes baking a lot easier, because the batter comes out evenly!
